TITAN for eClinicalWorks

UDS you can open, check and defend.

BridgeIT has mapped every table in eClinicalWorks. TITAN builds the UDS report from that data, lets your team keep the mapping current themselves, and shows the revenue cycle on one screen. When HRSA or your board asks where a number came from, you click it and show them.

UDS reports

Every cell drills to the patients behind it

Tables 3A, 3B and 4 are built from the same patient population as Table 1, the way HRSA defines them. Click any count to get one list of those patients with ZIP, age band, sex, race, ethnicity, insurance line and FPL band side by side.

  • Table 4 insurance comes from the payer at each patient's last countable visit of the year, so patients who switch coverage mid-year are counted once
  • Table 5 counts clinic and virtual visits by personnel line, with each line drilling to its visits
  • Special populations, quality measures and Table 9D payer lines
  • Run for the UDS year or any custom date range, for mid-year checks

UDS Mapper

Map new providers and payers yourself, the same day

New staff, new insurance plans and new adjustment codes appear in eCW all year. The UDS Mapper lists everything that isn't mapped yet and lets your UDS lead assign it to the right line inside TITAN. The reports use the change on their next run.

  • Imports your existing BridgeIT UDS mapping, so nothing is re-keyed
  • Flags unmapped items before they turn into Uninsured patients or missing visits
  • Includes the 2026 UDS manual line changes
  • Only analysts and administrators can change mappings, and every change is logged

RCM Pulse dashboard

The revenue cycle on one screen

RCM Pulse gives the billing manager a quick look at aging, collections and claim quality. It shows where the problems are and where the team is winning. Every bar and percentage drills to the claims and payments that make it up.

  • A/R aging by insurance and patient responsibility, with no date cutoff, so it ties to your PMS
  • Clean-claim rate and denials by reason and by payer
  • Collections month to date against the same month last year
  • Staff wins: A/R reduced and denials worked, by team member
